At iSTYLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium electronics. If you change your mind, you can return your unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iSTYLE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Device

  Ensure the product is in its original, sealed packaging with all accessories and manuals included, then place it securely in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to iSTYLE

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or visit an iSTYLE retail store for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
